Peppina and Culinary Director Massimo Mele draw inspiration from the Italian way of celebrating food, family and friends, in a restaurant that is made for dining trattoria-style. The kitchen is central to the open, expansive restaurant, which is surrounded by handmade furniture, artisan brick work, leather booths and abundant history. The intersection of the heritage 1840's building of St Mary's Hospital and the contemporary architectural overlay, are brought together under the enclosed glass roof.
